Why I Started Crunch TimeZ
Over the years, I’ve worked with founders at every stage of growth. I noticed the same pattern repeatedly.
They weren’t struggling because they lacked passion, ambition, or great ideas. They were struggling because they didn’t always have the financial visibility to make confident decisions.
Hiring became stressful. Cash flow became uncertain. Growth created new complexity. And too often, important decisions were made without the financial insight to support them.
That’s when I realized the greatest value I could provide wasn’t simply preparing financial reports. It was becoming a strategic financial partner and helping founders understand their numbers, ask better questions, and move forward with confidence.
